Bari

August 11, 2008

Today was our first stop in Bari. We toured cathedrals and castles dating back to the 10th century. More beautiful architecture. It seemed rougher in character than Venice, if that makes any sense, but still incredible. We were back to the ship for massages (Believe me, we earned them considering this trip is full of walking and STAIRS!). We grabbed a bite at one of the cafeterias and headed back to the room to relax before dinner which was again phenomenal. We turned in for an early start the next morning.
